As a Field Service Technician III, you’ll be a trusted expert in the field. Customers will count on you to keep their equipment running safely and reliably. What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and rebuild engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, brakes, and other key components on material handling equipment—both in the field and in the shop.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and advanced troubleshooting to keep equipment operating to manufacturer standards.
- Complete accurate service documentation, maintain parts inventory, and ensure your company vehicle and job sites reflect our high safety standards.
- Serve as a technical resource to teammates, support training efforts, and help us attract and onboard top technician talent.
- 5 years of forklift or material handling equipment repair experience, with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- A commitment to safety, customer service, and doing the job right the first time.
- Ability to read precision measuring instruments; welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
- High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, required certifications (or ability to obtain), and your own tools.
