How You’ll Make a Difference
In this role, you’ll be at the center of a highly visible, fast-moving function that supports teams across the business. You won’t just review tax work—you’ll be hands-on in the details, helping ensure we stay compliant across nearly every state while supporting the day-to-day flow of our treasury operations.
Your work will help keep our business running smoothly, our commitments on track, and our teams supported when they need it most.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and file sales and use tax returns, business licenses, and other indirect tax filings across multiple states, including reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Support audits, tax notices, and compliance efforts by gathering documentation and helping craft responses
- Assist with income tax filings, property tax data, and tax provision support, partnering with internal teams and external providers as needed
- Execute daily treasury activities—wires, ACH, and payment processing—while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting banking operations
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred) with at least 3 years of hands-on tax or accounting experience
- Strong experience with sales and use tax across multiple states; background in public accounting or complex, multi-state environments preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with urgency
- A self-driven mindset with strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting internal customers with responsiveness and care

This is a hybrid position, based in our Dallas office Monday - Thursday, and from your home office on Fridays. You will need to pass a background check, including a credit check, and a drug screen as a part of our onboarding process.
