How You’ll Make a Difference
You’ll be the connection between our customers, technicians, and service team, helping keep every job moving from the first call through completion. Your communication, organization, and follow-through will help our technicians succeed, our customers stay informed, and our service operation run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on scheduling needs, certifications, and skill sets while keeping customers informed about appointments, repairs, quotes, delays, and next steps.
Keep service work moving by monitoring technician productivity, reviewing open repair orders, verifying equipment and repair details, coordinating parts and purchase orders, and ensuring work orders and time entries are accurate.
Support service agreements, invoicing, vendor purchase orders, fleet maintenance tracking, reporting, and other day-to-day operational needs with close attention to detail.
Partner with Service, Sales, Rental, Parts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other teams to solve problems, support technician performance, prepare service quotes, and deliver a dependable customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
A high school diploma; technical school or college education is preferred, along with 5 years of customer service and technician dispatch experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to confidently work between customers and technicians in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail, including accurate data entry and the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with service orders, invoices, purchase orders, expense tracking, payroll preparation, or service operations is a plus. This role also requires prolonged sitting and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
