As a Program Manager, you’ll lead at a higher level—bringing clarity, structure, and direction across multiple projects at once. What You’ll Do
- Lead a portfolio of warehouse and industrial projects, aligning teams, schedules, and priorities with customer and company goals
- Build and maintain integrated program plans, clearly defining milestones, dependencies, risks, and sequencing
- Serve as a key liaison to executive stakeholders—delivering clear updates on performance, financials, and progress while strengthening long-term partnerships
- Guide resource planning across the program and step in to lead projects directly when needed
- 5 years of experience leading complex programs or large-scale projects, ideally in warehouse, supply chain, construction, or industrial environments
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and change control
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with a track record of supporting and influencing executive-level stakeholders
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred), paired with a practical, steady approach to leadership
- You’ll be part of a team that values honesty, safety, and doing good work together
