Your leadership will keep our warehouse running smoothly, support our service teams, and deliver the kind of customer experience people remember. This role is about more than inventory—it’s about building a team, solving problems, and keeping our customers up and running.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support parts and warehouse team members, building a safe, accountable, and high-performing environment
- Oversee daily operations including front counter sales, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and parts flow to service teams
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, stock management, and vendor coordination while improving processes along the way
- Drive parts growth by supporting customer needs, strengthening relationships, and ensuring timely, reliable service
- 5 years of parts or warehouse experience, with leadership or supervisory responsibility
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and confidence working with systems, data, and processes
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust
- A hands-on approach with the ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
- You’ll be part of a team that looks out for each other and takes pride in honest work
- Your ideas and leadership will make a real impact every day
