As a Parts Research Analyst, you'll be the trusted resource customers and teammates rely on to find the right parts, answer questions, and keep orders moving. What You'll Do
- Respond to customer and branch inquiries, research parts, prepare quotes, and process order requests with accuracy and urgency.
- Investigate and resolve parts discrepancies involving purchases, shipments, deliveries, and order fulfillment while coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records, enter information into company systems, and ensure documentation is complete across multiple platforms.
- Handle inbound parts calls and research equipment using online resources, manufacturer documentation, Adobe tools, and reference manuals.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, along with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when entering data and managing documentation.
- The ability to prioritize work, solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
- A high school diploma required; customer service or call center experience preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
