- Handle inbound calls and walk-in customers, assisting with rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries
- Prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices, while helping resolve billing, credit, or past-due questions
- Coordinate daily equipment pick-ups and returns, keeping customers informed and expectations clear
- Partner closely with Outside Sales and branch teams to support equipment availability, order fulfillment, and customer needs
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and comfort working with systems, data entry, and basic reporting
- Confidence discussing equipment specs, availability, and general operation (training provided)
- High school diploma required; prior customer service or branch operations experience preferred
