You'll be the central point of communication between our customers, technicians, and internal teams. Your ability to coordinate service work, keep customers informed, and support operational excellence will help ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and with an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians, monitor repair progress, and proactively communicate schedules, updates, approvals, and completion details with customers.
- Manage service-related documentation, including work orders, purchase orders, invoices, maintenance agreements, and repair records to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Track technician productivity, support performance improvement efforts, and help maintain service department KPIs and operational goals.
- Partner with Sales, Parts, Rental, Accounting, and other teams to deliver seamless service solutions and exceptional customer support.
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and confidence working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience coordinating service operations, processing work orders, invoices, purchase orders, or similar administrative responsibilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and navigate business systems effectively.
