We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading to ensure information integrity
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, scheduling, and document management
- Oversee calendar management and appointment scheduling for SHIP Medicare Counselor with attention to detail
- Support office management duties such as supply inventory, organization of files, and maintaining a clean workspace
Experience
- Experience working at a front desk or as a receptionist
- Familiarity with office management tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Bilingual skills are desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively
