POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for maintaining medical records.
- Able to multi-task and work within a fast paced environment.
- Data entry
- Request Medical Records from other skilled facilities or hospitals
- Thin charts, scan papers and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Excellent Verbal Skills
- Must have good organizational and communication skills
- Neatness, accuracy and attention to detail required
- Computer skills required
- Must have ability to relate well with residents, personnel, family members, visitors, physicians, governmental agencies and the general public.
