Front Office Manager Renew Counseling Ministries is looking for an experienced and organized Front Office Manager to join our mental health organization in Fairlawn. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focused yet friendly demeanor to the role. They will have the ability to work independently, and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment in which confidentiality is of the highest priority. They ideally would have 3-5 years of prior front desk/client-focused experience and possess a thorough understanding of personnel management, customer service, and proficiency in EMR platforms (our current system being TherapyNotes). Key Personality Characteristics:· Self-starter· Systems minded· Creative and intuitive problem solving· Detail oriented· Strong organization Skills· Strong social skills Responsibilities & Skills Required:· Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionality in Fairlawn and also our Aurora and Tallmadge sites.· Manage office supplies, including inventory control, ordering, and restocking as needed.· Greet visitors and handle receptionist duties with courtesy and professionalism.· Utilize Microsoft Office and EMR for document creation, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.· Maintain records and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.· Collaborate with team members to address office needs and provide solutions.· Create and manage a schedule for a small front desk team.· Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).· Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.· Excellent communication skills and a friendly, detail-oriented demeanor.· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.· Willingness to work in an in-office setting following a business casual dress code.· Knowledge and experience in employing verbal deescalation skills.· Experience in maintaining HIPAA requirements and responding to release of information and insurance audits requests.· Work closely with Chief People Officer in overseeing daily responsibilities of the front desk team.· Work on identified projects with Renew Partners as needed. · Crosstrain to ensure proficiency in other areas of business including registration, insurance verification, and billing.
