Are you an experienced medical collector with strong insurance follow-up skills? Join a high-performing revenue cycle team where your knowledge and attention to detail directly support patients and timely reimbursement!

As a Collector, you will:

• Handle collection activities for assigned accounts across payors and patient balances
• Contact insurance companies, patients, attorneys, employers, and providers to resolve payment issues
• Request claim status updates, review billing discrepancies, and help arrange financial resolutions
• Maintain accurate documentation within the A/R system for all follow-up activity
• Counsel patients on their accounts and assist with financial inquiries
• Review accounts for potential write-offs with detailed supporting research
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and third-party affiliates to support resolution

🧩 What You Bring

• 3–5 years of medical insurance collections experience
• Epic HB Resolute & Claims system experience (required)
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and insurance follow-up
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex payer issues
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
