This person must exercise considerable initiative, independent judgment, flexibility, and discretion in the performance of assigned duties. This is a full-time, hourly position (non-exempt) with a 25-40 hour average work week annually.
The Dishwasher is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the dish station, and cleanliness of equipment used by the kitchen during preparation and following service.
Duties include:
● Regular maintenance of the dishwashing, and food preparation areas to maintain cleanliness, and function.
● Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of all equipment used during food preparation, and service.
● Restocking, and organization of all cleaned, and sanitized equipment for kitchen use.
● Post event cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking of equipment.
● Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
● Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine.
● Empty trash containers regularly.
● Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed.
● Preform additional warehouse cleaning duties as requested.
● Assist with in house laundry duties as needed.
● Assist with preparation, and maintenance of Chef boxes for on-site service.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
● High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
● Experience in food and beverage, or cleaning industries (preferred).
● Must be able to maintain a stationary position for long periods of time.
● Frequently move equipment up to 50 pounds.
● Reliable source of transportation is a must.
● Willingness to work long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays (when needed)
● Assist loading and unloading vehicles, as needed.
● Working knowledge of sanitation procedures
● Ability to read, write, and speak in English

This is a Full-Time Hourly Position(non-exempt) with the possibility of growing into Salaried Position(exempt). We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
