- Thoroughly rinse dishes before loading them into the mechanical dishwasher.
- Inspect all items after the wash, rinse, and sanitize cycle to ensure complete removal of soil and proper drying.
- Regularly monitor chemical levels and water temperature in the dishwasher and sink for optimal safety.
- Empty trash and recycling containers to maintain cleanliness.
- Keep the floors and dishwashing station clean and organized.
- Assist in the breakdown, cleaning, and resetting of the kitchen at the end of each shift.
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Attentive listening skills to follow instructions and guidelines accurately.
