🔧 Skilled Manufacturing Operator (Full-Time | On-site)
Location: Somerset, NJ.
Openings for 12h Night shift (6pm-6am) or Day shift (6am-6pm)
3-4 DAYS per week.
We’re hiring Skilled Manufacturing Operators for a well-established, technology-driven manufacturing company that designs and produces high-precision components used by global fintech and consumer brands.
This is a hands-on, full-time role in a modern production environment where quality, consistency, and teamwork matter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machines, takes pride in precision work, and is comfortable flexing across different workstations based on production needs.
What you’ll be doing
- Operate and support CNC machines, lamination systems, engraving equipment, and/or finishing machines
- Perform precision manual tasks such as tacking, engraving, lamination, and detailed finishing
- Inspect parts throughout the process to ensure quality and accuracy
- Documenting production and quality data.
- Rotate between machines and functions as needed to support production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
Must-haves
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Experience in at least one of the following: CNC machine operation, lamination, Engraving or/and Tacking
