Salt & Shore Therapy Group is a growing, mobile therapy practice serving children and families across coastal North Carolina. We provide occupational therapy services in natural environments including homes, daycares, and community settings.

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN basis, with an anticipated start date of June 2026.
This role is ideal for an SLP looking for:
- Flexible scheduling

- Conduct speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services in homes, daycares, and community settings
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other providers
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with the Salt & Shore team
- Experience in pediatrics (strongly preferred)
- Comfort working in natural environments (home/daycare settings)
- Strong communication and caregiver coaching skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with a team
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- PRN/as-needed basis transitioning to full-time based on built caseload
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload needs
