Your Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, emergency, and sedation-based treatments.
- Conduct exams, interpret x-rays, diagnose issues, and design treatment plans tailored to young patients.
- Deliver behavior guidance, education, and oral hygiene instruction to both children and caregivers.
- Administer dental sedation and general anesthesia safely and in accordance with protocols.
- Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to manage patient flow, charting, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records compliant with HIPAA and clinic standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the clinic’s growth and excellence.
- DDS or DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon.
- Certified in nitrous sedation; additional sedation training a plus.
- CPR/BLS certified; DEA registration desirable.
- Skilled in pediatric dental procedures and behavior management.
- Excellent communicator and empathetic with children and families.
- Team-oriented, detail-driven, professional, and punctual.
