You will be responsible for the following:
- Diagnose, prevent, and treat dental and facial irregularities in children, adolescents, and adults
- Develop customized treatment plans using braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans and appliances as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with Pediatric Dentists and other dental team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, oral hygiene, and appliance care
- Take and analyze diagnostic records, including photographs, digital scans, impressions, and radiographs
- Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records and documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Foster positive relationships with patients and families to encourage compliance and ensure a supportive treatment experience
- Stay up to date with advancements in orthodontic techniques, materials, and technologies through continuing education
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to strict infection control and sterilization protocols
You will be required to possess the following:
- DDS or DMD with a specialty in Orthodontics
- Active Colorado dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- A desire to grow a new practice and provide exceptional patient experiences
- A collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
