Due to recent growth, we have an in office opening for a Billing Clerk at our Corporate Headquarters in Port Newark.

This Monday – Friday position is responsible for billing but may assist with a variety of administrative and customer service duties as related to the daily operations of the terminal.
Responsibilities:
- Process billing timely and accurately in billing system
- Review files and paperwork for accuracy
- Provide support to Terminal Managers to maintain Operational efficiency.
- Audit orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Work with the Rating Team as needed to review and capture correct rates.
- Maintain customer account details for accurate billing.
- Review error reports to ensure successful portal submission.
- Run weekly reports as requested.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in transportation and logistics.
- Microsoft Excel Proficient
- Flexible based on business needs.
- Detail oriented and comfortable learning and using multiple software systems, such as Profit tools, TMW, Roadvision.
