Job Summary

Under general supervision, work as a lead and perform night shift custodial tasks, completing assigned cleaning and maintenance work; execute routine building maintenance essential for safety and damage prevention.

Requirements / Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent - Two (2) years of experience in skilled custodial work, including some experience in a lead or supervisory capacity

Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must include three (3) letters of recommendation)
Proof of HS Graduation (or GED NOTE: High School /GED Transcripts are acceptable)

NOTE: - Salary Placement: External candidates cannot place past step D. Internal candidates will be placed based on CSEA Article VIII (8) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. - Benefits: This position includes a full benefit package of Medical, Dental, and Vision for employees and eligible dependents. - Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM (8 hours with 30-minute lunch).
