As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to join our team. This is an opportunity for a motivated closer who thrives on building relationships, solving homeowners' problems, and earning an exceptional income.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We're looking for someone who understands the home improvement sales process, can confidently present solutions, overcome objections, and consistently close profitable projects.
Responsibilities
- Run qualified, company-provided appointments
- Conduct in-home consultations and property evaluations
- Build trust with homeowners and recommend the best solutions
- Present proposals and pricing options
- Close sales while maintaining target gross profit margins (45% )
- Follow up on open estimates and maintain accurate CRM records
- Coordinate a smooth transition from sales to production
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of in-home home improvement sales experience (required)
- Proven history of closing residential remodeling projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong objection-handling ability
- Comfortable discussing financing options
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and attitude
