We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to promote and sell high-end home renovation and remodeling solutions, including roofing, siding, windows, decks, fencing and flooring. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for home improvement, and experience in sales within the construction or retail sectors. Multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer bases. Duties
- Engage with customers both inside their homes to understand their home improvement needs.
- Provide expert guidance on renovation and remodeling
- Conduct product demonstrations of our products
- Develop customized proposals that include upselling premium services or products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage client accounts, follow up on inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial consultation to project completion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and client interactions
- Stay informed about industry trends in renovation, construction, interior design, and retail math to better serve clients.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales within the home improvement, renovation, or retail sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products or services effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Knowledge of construction or renovation projects enhances credibility when advising clients on complex projects.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for communicating with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Must have own reliable car
- This is pure commission based
Pay: $4,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
