● Efficiently manage production processes from top to bottom, ensuring high-
quality results and adherence to project timelines.
● Facilitate the recruitment, onboarding, and training of painters and laborers,
fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
● Effectively oversee job sites and site supervisors, addressing issues proactively
and maximizing productivity.
● Handle job site challenges with autonomy, seeking higher-level support only
when necessary.
● Schedule client appointments and coordinate project timelines with
administrative support.
● Monitor employee attendance and software utilization, ensuring accuracy and
efficiency in time tracking.
● Maintaining jobsite marketing efforts are conducted, contributing to business
growth and expansion.
● Upsell services to existing clients, either through direct sales or delegation to
estimators.
● Provide comprehensive project costing reports to administrative teams, ensuring
transparency and financial accountability.
● Attend weekly meetings as scheduled, collaborating with cross-functional teams
to optimize operations.
● Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, enhancing workplace safety
and efficiency.
● Address employee conflicts and emotional challenges on job sites with
professionalism and empathy.
● Ensure clear communication with clients by sending confirmation emails and
collecting deposits promptly.
● Maintain organized workspaces, both online and offline, to facilitate smooth
