THE JOB
The Event Sales Specialist is a high-performance inside sales role based 100% on-site in Scottsdale, AZ. You will engage prospective clients through structured outbound outreach and disciplined follow-up, guiding them through thoughtful, enrollment-focused conversations about attending live events and transformational programs. This role requires consistency, resilience, and strong activity discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute 100 outbound dials per day
- Conduct consultative, enrollment-focused sales conversations
- Maintain disciplined follow-up with qualified prospects
- Accurately manage pipeline activity in Salesforce
- Hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Participate actively in coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Contribute to a high-accountability, team-oriented sales floor culture
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based enrollment experience
- Comfortable operating in a high-volume outbound environment
- Experience working in a commission-driven compensation structure
- Strong objection handling and closing skills
- Salesforce or CRM experience required
- Coachable, disciplined, and resilient
- Stable work history with demonstrated performance consistency
- Experience in high-ticket sales, solar, pest control, alarms, or other performance-based environments is strongly preferred
