What You’ll Do
- Educate homeowners on solar, batteries, and energy solutions
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations
- Design custom solar storage systems
- Present ownership, loan, and PPA options
- Guide customers through contracts and follow-up
- Manage your pipeline with support from our internal team
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure fast installs
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (solar or home improvement preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ethical approach
- Reliable transportation
- California HIS license (or willingness to obtain)
