Experienced Roofing Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, full-cycle Sales Closers who can take ownership of the entire sales process—from inspection to signed contract—in the residential roofing space.

This is a high-performance, commission-driven role designed for professionals who:

• Know how to close high-ticket deals
• Want to earn well beyond average income

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set and self-generated appointments with homeowners
• Conduct roof inspections and identify storm or wear-related damage
• Educate clients on:
  • Roofing systems and materials
  • Insurance claim process (when applicable)
• Present tailored solutions and close contracts on the spot
• Manage the full sales cycle:
  • Inspection → Estimate → Presentation → Close
• Build strong relationships through trust, transparency, and professionalism
• Maintain pipeline activity and consistently hit production targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales (REQUIRED)
• Strong ability to close high-ticket deals ($10K–$30K )
• Knowledge of insurance claims process (preferred)
• Excellent communication, objection handling, and closing skills
• Self-driven with a high-performance mindset
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
