About the Role
We’re actively hiring Solar CLOSERS to join our fast-growing team in California’s Bakersfield Region. We provide ALL the leads. no cold outreach required.
All leads are pre-qualified and double confirmed, so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals and earning uncapped commissions.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with 3-4 pre-qualified homeowner leads (provided daily – no door knocking)
- Present tailored solar energy solutions in person
- Leverage proven systems and coaching to exceed sales goals
