- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for equipment vendors and municipal stakeholders, navigating business through established referral channels.
- Financial Scoping: Leverage financial solutions to meet diverse client needs.
- National Networking: Attend 1-3 state and national trade shows monthly to maintain industry presence and forge new connections.
- Strategic Execution: Maintain a consistent pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accuracy and detail in every transaction.
- Experience: 3-5 years proven track record in professional sales within commercial banking, lending, or capital equipment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to navigate financial calculations.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to lead presentations and build rapport with public sector decision-makers.
- Availability: Full-time availability from the Tampa office and readiness to travel for conferences as needed.
- Education: College degree preferred; valid Driver’s License required.
