Key Responsibilities
DSO & Strategic Account Growth
- Develop and execute a national DSO growth strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify, pursue, and close regional and national DSO partnerships
- Serve as the executive liaison for select high-value DSO accounts
- Collaborate with leadership, operations, and lab teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention
- Analyze account performance metrics and implement strategies to increase volume, adoption, and profitability
- Lead, coach, and manage regional field sales representatives
- Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
- Partner with regional teams to design and execute territory growth plans
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and performance evaluations
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent
- Maintain and grow a personal pipeline of strategic, high-value opportunities
- Support field reps in complex sales cycles and major deal closures
- Represent the organization at key customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
- Align sales initiatives with marketing, operations, and lab leadership
- Deliver accurate forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to executive leadership
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine strategy
- 7 years of sales experience within the dental industry
- Proven record of success with high-value corporate accounts
- Experience leading geographically dispersed sales teams
- Ability to balance strategic leadership and personal sales execution
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed
- Experience scaling or transforming sales organizations
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management

Salary : $180,000 - $225,000
