In this role, you’ll manage a high-value West Coast biopharmaceutical territory (must be based in CA, WA or AZ to be considered), owning relationships across ~15 named strategic accounts - including several globally recognized biopharma leaders - while developing new opportunities within 3–5 targeted growth accounts. You’ll lead technical, consultative engagements in upstream and downstream bioprocessing environments, supported by deep engineering, quality, and application expertise across the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($90K–$150K DOE) uncapped quarterly incentives (up to ~$200K at plan)

The Right Background:
- 3–5 years of direct and/or distributor sales experience in the biopharmaceutical market
- Experience selling filtration, single-use systems, bioprocessing equipment, or related technical solutions strongly preferred
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to lead technical discussions across R&D, Process Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
- Must be able to travel 50–60% throughout the Western U.S. (CA, WA, Pacific & Northwest regions)
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related technical field
- Must be based in California, Washington, or Phoenix
Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
