This role is central to expanding a fast-growing U.S. operation in refurbished e-bikes, building relationships with independent retailers, driving volume, and shaping one of the company’s most important business lines. Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000–$110,000 base salary

The Right Background:
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (inside sales, field sales, or business development)
- Track record of success in volume-driven, high-velocity environments
- Strong relationship-building skills with independent, entrepreneurial mindset
- High EQ, persistence, and consultative selling style
- Nice to have: experience in micromobility, recommerce, or trade-in programs; Spanish or French language skills
- Ability to travel ~50% across CA, WA, OR, CO, UT, and AZ
What You’ll Own:
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, cold calls, negotiations, and closing
- Source 100–150 e-bikes per month through retailers, demo fleets, and unsold stock
- Maintain ~60 active deals per month with ~50% conversion rate
- Build and expand the West Coast bike shop network and trade-in programs
- Develop deep, trust-based relationships with shop owners and retail managers
- Partner closely with operations, logistics, and product teams to streamline sourcing
