A 7-year-old SaaS company, recently backed by a leading private equity firm, is expanding its sales organization to accelerate growth and break into new markets. With the stability of a proven product and the energy of a scale-up, we are hiring one of our first outbound Account Executives to help drive new customer acquisition and shape our go-to-market strategy.
In this role, you will be part of a growing team responsible for building a proactive outbound sales motion from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will focus on prospecting, running demos, and helping define outreach strategy and territory development. You’ll also have a voice in shaping the sales process, KPIs, and feedback loops that guide future growth.
This is a hunter role — roughly 80% net-new business — targeting small to mid-sized photography studios. You’ll be supported by a strong marketing engine (20% inbound), pre-built prospect lists, and a dedicated RevOps team ensuring you have the tools and data needed to succeed. Once studios complete their first transaction, you’ll partner with Customer Success to transition the account and stay focused on new business.
● $8–10M in revenue with 30% YoY growth and a goal of 30–45% by 2026.

Compensation and Benefits:

The Right Background:

● Proven grit, coachability, and track record of success.
