Territory Sales Representative (Corpus Christi)

As a part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Territory Sales Representative in the Corpus Christi market, with a focus on clients in the Building Services and Construction industries. This outside sales role (on a team where 8 out of 9 reps hit or exceeded quota in 2024) focuses on developing new business with contractors, project managers, and engineers while maintaining and growing long-term relationships.

The Ideal Candidate Brings

• 3 years of direct sales or technical sales experience, ideally in construction, industrial, or related sectors
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel in local territory regularly
• Proven track record of building new business and maintaining a $1.5M quota
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Experience with territory planning, prospecting, and in-person client engagement
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in the field

• Base salary of $70K - $80K with 75% of first-year commissions guaranteed ($100K - $110K minimum earnings, uncapped)
