Role Overview
As a BDR, you will play a key role in driving sales pipeline growth by generating qualified appointments for the Account Executive team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to launch and grow their sales career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build a deep understanding of the company’s SaaS solutions and communicate their value effectively to prospects.
- Collaborate with AEs to refine prospecting strategies and maximize meeting bookings.
- Conduct qualification calls and, in some cases, manage full-cycle sales opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
- This role is hybrid (3-4 days a week in-office), based in the Wilmington, Delaware office.
- 6 months to 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Open to new grads with experience in; high volume calling, D2D sales, customer service experience etc.
- Background in sales, prospecting, or customer relations is beneficial, but a strong commercial mindset is highly valued.
- Interest in SaaS, technology, and innovation is a plus.
- Base salary: $50K–$55K $20K in commission potential.
