Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across large enterprise accounts ($1B revenue)
- Lead strategic conversations with CFOs, Controllers, Procurement leaders, and executive stakeholders
- Translate complex financial solutions into clear business impact, including cash flow optimization, risk reduction, and operational efficiency
- Drive multi-threaded sales processes across finance, operations, and procurement functions
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (product, legal, implementation) to advance and close deals
- Build and execute targeted outbound strategies to develop pipeline within defined verticals
- Leverage partnerships, industry networks, and marketing channels to identify and penetrate new accounts
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
- Establish and maintain senior-level relationships across client organizations
- Drive successful onboarding and long-term adoption post-sale
- Identify expansion opportunities and develop account growth strategies
- Conduct executive-level business reviews tied to measurable outcomes
- 8–15 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success selling complex financial, fintech, or enterprise software solutions
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Supply chain finance / working capital solutions
- Payments / fintech infrastructure
- Construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries
- ERP or financial systems selling into enterprise accounts
- Track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
- Strong financial acumen — able to speak credibly about cash flow, working capital, and ROI
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
- Highly consultative seller with strong executive presence
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to build from zero to one
- Data-driven and disciplined in pipeline and deal management
- Collaborative, but capable of independently driving outcomes
- Remote-first with travel as needed (~25–30%)
- Competitive base uncapped variable equity
