About The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning and expanding relationships with existing clients. You’ll manage contract renewals, drive adoption and usage, upsell value-add services, and lead consulting engagements. This is a strategic role focused on long-term relationship success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts
  • Renew and expand annual subscriptions
  • Drive client usage of core programs including live expert access and digital content
  • Pitch and close consulting services (e.g. security assessments, advisory engagements)
  • Develop account plans in collaboration with sales leadership to drive retention and growth
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and product capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with consulting and delivery teams

Ideal Candidate

  • 3-8 years of B2B account management experience
  • Strong relationship builder with consultative selling experience
  • Organized, methodical, and resourceful
  • Highly coachable with excellent communication skills
  • Professional, relatable, and effective in both remote and in-person conversations

Salary : $85,000 - $150,000
