As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning and expanding relationships with existing clients. You’ll manage contract renewals, drive adoption and usage, upsell value-add services, and lead consulting engagements. This is a strategic role focused on long-term relationship success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts
- Renew and expand annual subscriptions
- Drive client usage of core programs including live expert access and digital content
- Pitch and close consulting services (e.g. security assessments, advisory engagements)
- Develop account plans in collaboration with sales leadership to drive retention and growth
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and product capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with consulting and delivery teams
- 3-8 years of B2B account management experience
- Strong relationship builder with consultative selling experience
- Organized, methodical, and resourceful
- Highly coachable with excellent communication skills
- Professional, relatable, and effective in both remote and in-person conversations
