- Handle high volumes of inbound leads
- Conduct discovery calls and provide product recommendations
- Close sales during initial calls when appropriate
- Meet and exceed activity and performance metrics
1–2 Years Sales Experience:
- Backgrounds in inside sales, door-to-door, car rentals, or BDR roles
- Comfortable on the phone and with activity-based targets
- Demonstrated persistence and accountability
- Base Salary: $50,000
- On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$75,000 (uncapped)
- Top performers (top 20%) earning $100K ; top 5% earning $150K
