Inbound Sales Specialist
A well-established digital marketing company that helps small businesses manage their email marketing, social media, CRM, and analytics through a centralized platform.
This is a high-volume, 100% inbound sales role. You’ll be speaking with small business owners who have expressed interest in the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound leads
- Conduct discovery calls and provide product recommendations
- Close sales during initial calls when appropriate
- Meet and exceed activity and performance metrics
Qualifications
Customer service background, sales internship or 1–2 years of sales experience
- Backgrounds in inside sales, door-to-door, car rentals, or BDR roles
- Comfortable on the phone and with activity-based targets
- Demonstrated persistence and accountability
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000
- On-Target Earnings: $75,000 uncapped
- Top performers (top 20%) earning $100K ; top 5% earning $130K
