What You’ll Do
Inbound Engagement
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and marketing-qualified leads via phone, email, and chat.
- Qualify prospects based on fit, business needs, and buying signals.
- Deliver a strong first impression and set meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain a high speed-to-lead response time while actively monitoring queues.
- Make 75 outbound calls daily while incorporating email, social, and other channels.
- Re-engage dormant accounts and target new ones with tailored outreach.
- Clearly communicate platform value to build interest and trust.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date.
- Use sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach) for efficient follow-up.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to improve pipeline quality.
- Participate in weekly reviews to evaluate metrics and refine strategies.
- Internship, part-time, or professional experience in a sales-related role.
- Strong interest in building a long-term sales career.
