- Lead the execution of a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with the companies growth objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs to accelerate ramp-up for new sales hires.
- Create and facilitate ongoing training modules on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and advanced sales skills.
- Build and manage sales playbooks, battle cards, and enablement resources to support consistent sales execution.
- Implement certification programs that reinforce sales readiness and best practices across the team.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., ramp time, win rates, quota attainment) to measure impact.
- Continuously refine programs based on performance data and team feedback, driving ongoing improvement.
- Act as a cultural champion, fostering grit, positivity, teamwork, and continuous learning within the sales organization.
- 6-8 years in sales training
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage teams.
- Experience with enablement platforms and content development.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, engaging training content.
- High energy, strong time management, and a sense of urgency.
