The Role
Our Client is seeking a full-cycle Account Executive to drive new business growth. This role begins fully onsite in Framingham, MA (5 days/week) and will transition to a hybrid model after ramp,
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Leveraging both inbound leads and generating 50-60% of pipeline through self-prospecting
- Driving consultative sales conversations with SMB prospects
- Articulating the unique value proposition and competitive advantages of the solution
- Collaborating with leadership to influence GTM strategy as the U.S. business scales
Ideal Candidate
- 2 years of successful full-cycle software sales experience
- Proven success in heavy outbound/prospecting environments
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
- CRM sales experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
- $100K base / $200K OTE uncapped
- Significant earning potential in a high-growth environment
