This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers, staying organized, and helping a sales team operate efficiently.
*What You'll Do*
- Communicate with customers and assist with sales-related inquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate orders and monitor their progress through completion.
- Maintain organized customer records, sales documents, and transaction information.
- Review payment records and help identify or resolve discrepancies.
- Work alongside the finance team to keep invoice and payment information updated.
- Assist with day-to-day sales coordination and administrative tasks.

- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and keep track of multiple follow-ups.
- Reliable internet access and a dedicated remote workspace.

*Compensation*
$2,000–$4,000 per month, depending on deliverables. This is a performance-based position.
*Work Arrangement*
- Fully remote
- Monday through Friday
- Flexible scheduling between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time
