Kendall FL Auto is an automotive company based in Kendall, Florida.
We are looking for a Remote Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with customer communication, order processing, record keeping, and internal coordination.
This is a performance-based remote position with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track sales orders from the initial request through completion.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.
- Track and record payment details, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to track invoices and maintain payment records.
- NO COLD CALLS
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage several tasks and follow-ups at the same time.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
- Ability to work independently and follow company procedures.
- Customer service, sales, administrative, or call center experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation
$2,000–$4,000 per month, depending on deliverables.
