Position Summary
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out, handling guest requests, and ensuring every interaction reflects Forbes Five-Star service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately
- Answer phones and respond to guest requests promptly
- Assist with room changes, late checkouts, and billing inquiries
- Promote the Guest Loyalty Program
- Handle cash and maintain accurate reports
- Provide information about resort amenities and local attractions
- Maintain guest activity logs and ensure follow-up
- Support guest satisfaction and service recovery when needed
Qualifications
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
