Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a security or law enforcement role
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the hotel premises during the overnight shift
