Position Overview
The Product Manager – Respiratory Devices & Clinical Solutions owns the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of medical and clinical products. This role translates clinical needs and customer insights into product requirements and delivers solutions that meet regulatory, performance, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for respiratory and clinical solutions
- Translate clinical workflows, voice of customer (VOC), and market needs into clear product requirements
- Lead product launches, commercialization efforts, and lifecycle decisions
- Manage cost, margin, and portfolio trade-offs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams
- Provide clinical and market insights to guide product and technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- Experience with respiratory devices or oxygen delivery systems
- 6–10 years of experience, including 3–6 years in product management or related roles
- Background in medical device or clinical product environments
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management in regulated markets
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with clinical workflows and regulatory approval processes
