Job Summary
We are seeking an on call seasonal Equipment Operator to join our team. This position could lead to a full time position. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites, including but not limited to front end loaders, backhoes and skidsteers. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment while performing tasks.
Duties
- Operate heavy machinery including backhoes, bulldozers, skidsteers, and excavators on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members to complete snow removal efficiently and safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating machinery or heavy construction equipment is required.
- MA Hoisting Liscense
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to equipment operation.
- Must have 5 years of experience.
- Must be able to commute to Greenfield MA.
