Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support our field crews on a variety of outdoor projects across New England. This role involves assisting with landscaping, utility work, property maintenance, and other labor tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist crews with general labor tasks on job sites
- Support landscaping, trimming, and property maintenance work
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work effectively as part of a team in outdoor conditions
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to commute to Jacksonville, VT or Greenfield, MA
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation preferred
Job Details:
- Job Type: Seasonal With possible Winter Work
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts
- Work Location: On the road (various locations throughout Western Massachusetts and New England)
