Duties

• Accurately take, process, and confirm takeout orders online using Toast POS system
• Menu knowlege including allergies
• Manage order pickups efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are fulfilled with care.
• Maintain a clean and organized takeout station to promote a welcoming environment.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow during busy hours.

Experience

• Previous food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are essential.
• Experience working in restaurants or hospitality settings is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and attentive listening.
• Experience in guest services, serving, or hotel environments is a plus for understanding guest relations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure while maintaining professionalism and positive energy.

Pay: $21.67 - $26.10 per hour
