Counter Service Salad Maker

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service/Counter Salad Makers to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our food service operation, providing excellent customer service while creating salads, wraps, and protein bowls in front of our customers. Ideal candidates will have experience in the food industry in a fast-casual counter service setting. Friendly and engaging demeanor. Excellent communication skills, menu memorization and food knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and exexute their orders efficiently.
• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Handle food safely, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, kitchen, and dining space.
• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, cooking, and plating dishes.
• Accurately execute online orders
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Prior experience in counter-service environment where food is prepared in front of the customer is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
• Ability to perform basic cooking tasks using knives and kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
