Part-Time | Dietary Aide

Schedule:

Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts:

• Morning Shift
• 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Full-time, 80 hours per two-week pay period)
• 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Part-time, 48 hours per two-week pay period)
• Evening Shift
• 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. (Part-time, 32 hours per two-week pay period)

The Difference You’ll Make

• Provide a welcoming and positive dining experience for residents by serving meals with warmth and professionalism
• Ensure meals are served accurately according to diet cards, menus, and resident dietary needs
• Clear dishes and maintain a clean, organized dining and service environment
• Support overall nutrition services operations, including setup, cleanup, dish washing, and related duties as assigned
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members while modeling excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Experience

• Previous serving or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in senior living or hospitality settings is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to read English and accurately follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying trays
